Kerrin Gleeson

Agriculture and Economic Development Lead

Having worked in Australia and the UK, Kerrin’s background includes end-to-end project management, strategy development and implementation and business coaching.

She has extensive commercial experience having spent over 17 years in commodity risk management and marketing in the wheat, sugar and wool industries, holding roles such as a global sales and pricing strategist, futures broker and foreign exchange dealer. More recently, she actively chose to join a not-for-profit, community sector organisation, working to develop their commercial strategy and diversify revenue streams.

Kerrin represented the AWB National Pool Management Team on a tour across Asia with representatives of the Australian wheat breeding industry, meeting with key customers to enable the breeders to better understand customers’ needs.

How does Kerrin want to make a difference?
